Concept phase

Let's create something new together !

What do we need to create a concept? One idea and one contact person are enough.

It is often an idea or a wish without a concrete realisation idea or deadline. This is where we come in and support you with our standardised processes and the experience we have gained from over 35 years of concept development in various industries. With our focus on a technically economical implementation of all project and product phases, we can promptly evaluate the scope of the concept and carry out feasibility analyses. Depending on the complexity, completely free of charge. We have already realised projects with development periods ranging from a few days to several years.

Phase 1

The first exchange

The right contacts are the most important component for a high-quality, fast and target-orientated concept. From the moment you make an enquiry, you benefit from direct contacts in our development team for technical issues and short decision-making channels ensure the progress of the project with rapid feedback. We record your requirements and carry out an initial requirements analysis.

Phase 2

Check, detail and supplement requirements

As a specialist in the development and production of customised electronics, customer proximity is in our DNA. We see ourselves as a service provider and part of your team with direct, consistent contact partners. Short response times and delivery routes are our quality promise. Especially for new project concepts, we work closely and agilely with you and support you from the creation of requirements to the final concept. Full transparency before the start of development with regard to development and production costs and prompt elaboration guaranteed.

Phase 3

Standards analysis

A standard analysis is fundamental for the concept creation, as every concept must fulfil the standard requirements and this has an impact on the project duration and type of realisation. An ever-increasing requirement is functional safety, which is being integrated more and more into many industry standards. We have also successfully designed, implemented and qualified control systems with Functional Safety Performance Level C. CE and UL conformity have also already been realised. The standard analysis is also evaluated with your team using the four-eyes principle.

Phase 4

Discuss results with the customer and generate initial ideas for realisation

The results of the previous phases are discussed and the concept is further developed. If necessary, the previous phases are repeated as often as required until at least one concrete solution approach for the concept has been developed. When evaluating the results, the focus is not only on the technical realisation, but also on whether the economic target value of the series price can be met. The aim is to develop a concept that does not yet exist on the market or is cheaper and technically more efficient than conventional standard products.

Phase 5

Depending on the complexity of the task, create a sample structure for concept verification

Concepts, feasibility studies and initial tests and trials are essential, especially in the early stages of concept development and verification. With our in-house facilities (3D printing, demo set-ups, workshop) and good supplier network, we can test these at short notice in-house or in test laboratories.

Phase 6

Concept finalisation with project plan and breakdown into development and production series costs

After evaluating the concept, we draw up a project plan with milestones, a detailed time and cost estimate for the development phase and an estimate of the series prices of the assemblies for maximum transparency as a basis for your decision.

Phase 7

Concept finalisation

Our claim is your commissioning and satisfaction with the concept created. Once the concept has been created, we can realise your project at short notice with our team of developers. This can be carried out completely in our hands or in mixed teams (e.g. software teams from both companies)

You can find out more about this at Development.

We need a partner who has the technical expertise to tackle the task without the need to integrate their own product.

Direct contacts and short-term project realisation are crucial for time-to-market - we need a partner we can rely on.

Our partner independently monitors the availability of the product components and informs us in good time of any discontinuations, making alternative suggestions and redesigns if necessary.

The great advantage is to discuss with a partner who brings experience from different industries to the task;

We need a loyal partner who can provide expert support in finding common ideas, realisation possibilities and economic implementation;

We are happy to take on the challenge and look forward to hearing from you.
